First Lady Louise Araneta Marcos and Department of Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco join Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion in making the “heart” sign, along with more than a thousand attendees at the Tourism Summit 2024 at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay. 

Go Negosyo gathered tourism companies, tourism MSMEs,students, travel influencers and content creators last May 13, 2024 in a day-long event to highlight the vast opportunities offered by the tourism industry to MSMEs. The event featuredpanel discussions, fireside chats, and inspirational talks by successful entrepreneurs in the tourism business and resource persons from the government and private sector. Tourism Summit is also the venue for the awarding of the annual Inspiring Tourism Entrepreneurs Awards, where MSMEs in accommodations, food, retail, services, ecotourism, recreation, and content creation were given recognition.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sent his congratulations to the Tourism Summit, as well as the winners of the Inspiring Tourism Awards, for serving the country through the promotion of Philippine tourism, who he said serve the country with their exceptional work and helping cultivate what it takes to give the Philippines an edge over other tourist destinations.
