Local premium craft brew brand Crazy Carabao has officially opened its new, bigger, and better brewery—inviting guests to sip, dine, and experience the craft behind every bottle right inside its upgraded facility.
Located within Daystar Industrial Park, the new Crazy Carabao brewery marks another milestone for the beloved artisan brew brand inspired by the Philippines’ national animal. What began as friends swapping stories and dreaming about creating brews rooted in Filipino culture has grown into a thriving local craft drink brand brewed within a 762.95-square-meter brewery that now produces crates upon crates of brewed drinks every day.

Christopher James Payne, Crazy Carabao president. said the upgraded facilities represent how far Crazy Carabao has come from a shared dream among friends to a growing local craft drinks brand, and excited to welcome people so they can see how our brewed drinks are made and enjoy them straight from the brewery.”

Now open to the public, the Crazy Carabao brewery offers customers a unique dining experience within the heart of the brewing operation. Inside the facility are two newly opened resto-pubs that can seat up to 30 guests, creating an intimate space where visitors can enjoy craft drinks just steps away from where it is brewed: Captain Crust specializes in chows, comfort foods and pizzas, while the Crazy Carabao Restaurant offerrs mains like Kebabs, Garlic Beff Salpicao, 3-point Meat Platter, Baby Comeback Ribs, and mouthwatering USDA Shortloin Bone – In Steak, NY Striploin and USDA Rib Eye. Customers can also choose from a selection of burgers like Black Angus, The Remedy Burger, Crispy Chicken Burger, Crispy Fish Burrger, and Simple Cheeseburger. These main dishes are specially created by Chef Mon Miguel Marquez to complement the distinctive flavors of Crazy Carabao craft brews.

Currently, Crazy Carabao offers five distinctive craft brew products in its lineup: Pilsner – light and refreshing; Pale Ale – smooth and balanced; Golden Ale – crisp and fruity; Indian Pale Ale (IPA) – bold and aromatic; Apple Cider – light with a semi-sweet finish and Piña Colada – sweet, tropical, and refreshingly unique.
Each brew is crafted using high-quality ingredients—including premium malts, hops, and yeast—and produced using cutting-edge brewing equipment. From stainless-steel fermenters to precision-controlled brewing systems, the brewery combines technology with craftsmanship. But beyond the machines, it is the passion of its brewers that defines the brand. Each batch is carefully monitored and crafted to ensure every bottle delivers the freshest and most flavorful craft drink experience.

According to head brewer Joel Loresco, the new facility opens the door for greater experimentation. The brewery’s new Pilot Brewing System acts as a “mini brewery” within the facility, allowing him to test new ideas and explore different styles of drinks before bringing them to full production.
“If I want to try different kinds of brews, I’ll make them here first and have them approved before going into production,” Loresco explained.
The expansion also significantly boosts the brand’s production capacity. The new brewery now houses four additional fermentation tanks, each capable of holding up to 4,000 liters of drinks. These additions allow Crazy Carabao to increase production by 36 times and produce up to 22,727 bottles across all variants per week.

With greater brewing capacity, the brand is also expanding its distribution footprint. Beyond bars, restaurants, and hotels, Crazy Carabao is now growing its presence in retail by partnering with major supermarkets such as Landers Superstore, S&R Membership Shopping, and South Supermarket, as well as convenience stores like 7‑Eleven and Uncle John’s.
With its upgraded brewery, expanded production, and welcoming resto-pub experience, Crazy Carabao Craft Brew continues to push forward in bringing Filipino craft drink culture to more people—one glass at a time.
