Summer fun continues with Nickelodeon.  The channel where funny rules gathered thousands of kids and families at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds in Pasay City last May 23 for the Super Summer Hapon Hangout event,  to bask under the summer sun and enjoy an afternoon filled with exciting games, fun activities, groovy entertainment, and best of all, awesome prizes!

Excited kids started to race out into the open field as early as two in the afternoon and made a beeline to the different booths and stations set up especially for the event. The youngsters, who were greeted by Nickelodeon costume characters, enjoyed the Supah Summah challenge, the ultimate Hapon Hangout obstacle course of the season, where everyone can race against each other and have fun getting slimed—coz you know it’s not a Nickelodeon event without the trademark green slime! The Splash Zone, where kids had some water blasting fun, and the bouncing Bikini Bottom Inflatable were also popular among the Nick-loving families.

Hosted by internet sensation Mikey Bustos and veteran Nickeldeon host, Robi Joseph, the program kickstarted with a breath-taking  performance by Showtime All-Star Barangayan finalist Next Level Octomix Dancers, who showed off back-breaking dance moves and mind blowing stunts on stage.

Paying no attention to the heat and humidity, kids and kids at heart who joined Nickelodeon’s last hurrah for summer totally got their groove on and celebrated the final days of summer with their favorite “ka-hangout,” Nickelodeon.

The Nickelodeon Supah Summah Hapon Hangout was sponsored by Barbie, Knick Knacks, Skechers Kids, Jack N Jill Wiggles, Milkita Lollipop & Candies, Tobot, Kinder Joy, Propan TLC, Toy Kingdom and official venue partner SM Mall of Asia.
