An authentic Chinese restaurant opens at the Manila Prince Hotel, the hotel in the heart of Manila. With Ermita being the cultural hub of Metro Manila, this new restaurant gives everyone the chance to savor Chinese cuisine and fusion dishes as a means to explore cultures.Kicking off with a soft launch, Dragon Court will begin serving only the finest favorites, with dishes bursting with authentic Chinese flavors that Filipinos crave for. The neighborhood restaurant is accessible not just to hotel guests but to employees working in offices nearby, tourists staying in the area, as well as students and officials in neighboring schools and government offices.
Dragon Court, whose stunning interiors will transport guests to a place akin to a royal court where food is as much enjoyed as it is celebrated, hopes to be the go-to place for festive family gatherings for all occasions, and even be a venue to celebrate life’s milestones from birthdays, debuts, graduations, and many others.
The new restaurant is run by Chef Sun Bing, whose culinary expertise had been set the standard for The Manila Hotel’s famous Red Jade restaurant, so people can expect the same quality of food in every dish he serves.
During the soft launch, the restaurant first opened its doors to media guest with a traditional Dragon Dance. Soon, the attendees were given a treat.
