Faico, the Founder and President of HOSEKI INC., has more than 40 years of experience in pearl trading and jewellery manufacturing. His father first introduced him to the wonders pearl farming and jewellery at very young age. Although educated as an architect, Faico eventually found his niche in jewellery design and visual arts. He is known to collaborate with fellow artists like Ramon Orlina, Dominic Rubio and Joe Datuin to name a few. With 3 consecutive winnings in International South Sea Pearl Design Competition, Faico has been featured in “White Magic”, a collaboration of 17 world famous jewellery designers including Stephen Webster, Henry Dunay, Tiffany & Co and others sponsored by the South Sea Pearl Consortium and Paspaley Pearls. The famous touring exhibition travelled key fashion capitals in the world.

Faico has also been tapped numerous times to design and manufacture crowns for famous beauty pageants in the Philippines like Mutya ng Pilipinas and Miss Chinatown. His penchant to design using indigenous materials and meaningful concepts can be seen in his designs.
