Stockbrokerage CTS Global Equity Group (CTS) marked its debut on the Philippine Stock Exchange with a bell ringing ceremony on Wednesday, April 13. CTS raised Php1.375 billion from the sale of primary shares.

“Starting today, CTS Global’s range of responsibilities will include its new shareholders. I am certain that the company will continue to uphold the corporate values of integrity and accountability it lived by as a long-time PSE trading participant. I am optimistic that its experience in handling investor-clients will help CTS Global in carrying out its investor relations responsibilities and be a role model in shareholder engagement to existing and upcoming listing applicants in the Small, Medium and Emerging Board,” PSE President Ramon S. Monzon said in his welcome message.

CTS is the fifth company that has conducted an initial public offering this year and the second to list on the Small, Medium and Emerging (SME) Board of the PSE since the start of 2022.
