Flavors of the Philippines
New dishes deserve the spotlight starting July 1. Famous dishes hailing from the motherland’s three distinct island groups are coming to the menu, alongside thirst-quenchers and a sweet sensation.

Representing Luzon, Siklab is introducing the popular Ilocano dish Igado. Tender strips of pork cooked together with liver, red bell peppers, and green peas to make a flavorful stew that will have you looking for more rice to pair it with!

From the Visayas islands,  the hearty Pork Liempo Humba will be offered at Siklab. A deeply flavorful pork dish that includes puso ng saging, tausi or fermented salted black beans, and pineapple for a sweet and salty touch that adds character. It’s a well-loved dish that resonates with the Filipino palate.

Siklab captures the distinct flavors of Mindanao with their Tiyula Itum. The rich black soup is a staple of the region. The Tausug dish is toasty and flavorful, standing out with burnt coconut that imparts smoky notes that complement the beef, simmered and enriched with palapa, herbs, and spices. From the sea, Siklab’s limited-time offer will also feature Pampano, a fatty and buttery fish that is fried and served with a homemade Mango Sambal sauce, bringing out the best in the region’s catch.

Street Classics

Celebrating the flavors of the tropics, Siklab adds Buko Juice to its menu. Served in a fresh coconut shell, the refreshing beverage offers a simple yet authentic taste of Filipino life, a drink that’s truly close to home

Calling all Taho lovers! The silken sugary goodness of taho is now available at Siklab, enjoyed any time of the day.
