Robinsons Land Extends Winning Streak at 2026 Global Good Governance Awards

Robinsons Land Corporation continued its winning run at the 11th Global Good Governance (3G) Awards, receiving two recognitions at this year’s awards ceremony held on April 28 in Singapore.

Robinsons Land, the real estate arm of the Gokongwei Group, won the 3G ESG Championship Award (Philippines) and the 3G Excellence in Green Innovation and Solutions Award, extending its 3G Awards recognition streak to four consecutive years. The latest set of awards builds on a track record that began in 2023, when the company was cited for corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, followed by recognition for environmental responsibility in 2024, and for environmental, social, and governance performance and CSR in 2025.

Chaired by Professor Humayon Dar, the 3G Awards are organized by Cambridge IFA, a UK-based organization focused on financial intelligence and professional advocacy, to recognize organizations and leaders across the government, corporate, and social sectors for excellence in good governance and social responsibility. The awards are guided by the “3G Methodology”, which looks at transparency, social responsibility, sustainability, impact, and innovation.

“Through energy-efficient spaces and sustainable property management, Robinsons Land is redefining the standard for responsible urban development,” said the award organizers. In winning two 3G awards this year, Robinsons Land demonstrates how it continues toeffectively integrate sustainability into the way it plans, builds, and operates its developments. The company’s ESG initiatives are anchored on creating lasting value for stakeholders, while supporting communities, economic opportunities, and more sustainable spaces for Filipinos.

Across its portfolio, Robinsons Land is advancing environmental initiatives such as rooftop solar panel installations in its malls, energy efficiency programs, green building certification efforts, waste and water management, and the use of renewable energy in its office buildings.

Its social responsibility efforts, meanwhile, are carried out through Robinsons Land Foundation Inc., widely known as RLove, the company’s unified CSR platform. Through partnerships with local government units, schools, and nonprofit organizations, RLove supports reforestation projects, scholarships, medical outreach programs, and relief operations for disaster-affected communities. Its programs focus on community development and social involvement, health and nutrition, emergency response, and child welfare and education.

Kerwin Max S. Tan, Chief Financial, Risk and Compliance Officer of Robinsons Land, said the company is “deeply honored and grateful” to receive recognition from the 3G Awards for four consecutive years. He said the latest awards affirm Robinsons Land’s continuing efforts in “building communities that are not only progressive, but also responsible and sustainable.”

Tan added that as it continues shaping spaces where people live, work, and thrive, Robinson Land remains focused on creating long-term value for stakeholders and helping build a better future for coming generations.
