PandesalForum gave voice to idealistic NGOs & representatives of various rural communities in #Dinagat Islands province & Barangay #Didipio (spanning 2 provinces of Nueva Vizcaya & Quirino) which have reportedly been grossly disadvantaged by human rights violations, environmental dangers & socio-economic inequities brought about by years of large-scale open-pit #mining.
